The Hawthorn Woods Aquatic Center will accept party requests for the 2026 season starting on April 1.

Aquatics Evening Rentals

Reservations available Friday - Sunday,
6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

The first 30 minutes take place during open swim hours; the last hour and half are private. An additional hour may be added to the beginning of the rental, if available. Lifeguards and staff included in rental. No after-hours rentals available after August 2, 2026.

Evening Full Facility Rental

Packages starting at $1,120/res; $1,285/non-res

Includes use of the indoor room and entire outdoor pool facilities (main pool, activity pool, diving well, slides) for up to 75 guests.

Evening Activity/Slide Pool Rental

Packages starting at $515/res; $590/non-res

Includes 2-hour use of indoor room, outdoor party deck, and the activity pool with 2 slides, zero-depth entry, and spray features for up to 30 guests.

Evening Main/Diving Pool Rental

Packages starting at $515/res; $590/non-res

Includes 2-hours of use of indoor room, outdoor party deck, the 6-lane lap pool, and diving well with two 1-meter diving boards, for up to 30 guests.

Daytime Outdoor Table Rentals

Reservations available during normal operating hours at specified 2-hour time blocks.

Packages starting at $95/res; $110/non-res; +$12/guest

Includes a reserved outdoor area with seating under our large umbrella for up to 40 guests for 2 hours. Reservation time must be during normal pool operating hours. Admission not included.

Pool party rental prices are dependent on residency.

Any cancellation received prior to the date of the rental will receive a full refund minus a 18% cancellation fee (max. $50). Should the facility close for any reason on the day of the rental a full refund will be received. Any cancellations on or after the date of the rental will not receive a refund of any kind.
