The Planning Department is responsible for current and long-range planning, as well as administering the Zoning Code. The Planning Department provides guidance to residents and interested parties on area, bulk and yard requirements, such as minimum lot area, lot width, lot coverage, building height, and setbacks. The Planning Department also serves as Staff liaisons to Planning, Building and Zoning Commission (PB&Z) and the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) and coordinates updates to the comprehensive plan.
