Mayor Dominick DiMaggio and the Hawthorn Woods Board of Trustees cordially invite you to attend our annual Golf Outing Fundraiser event. Proceeds generated help us fund family-oriented special events throughout the year for our Hawthorn Woods community. This outing includes 18 holes of spectacular golf at the Hawthorn Woods Country Club. We appreciate your support of this event and the Hawthorn Woods Community!

Mayor’s Circle $3,000
Includes a golf foursome. Each player receives a golfer gift, gift card, mulligan, and sleeve of balls. Includes hole sponsorship signage, tabletop advertising, and vendor table on course at event.
Trustee’s Circle $1,750
Includes a golf foursome. Each player receives a golfer gift and sleeve of balls. Includes hole sponsorship signage, tabletop advertising, and vendor table on course at event.
Beer Cart Sponsor $600
Includes beer cart sponsorship signage, tabletop advertising, and company name printed on beer tickets.
Hole Sponsor $425
Includes hole sponsorship signage and tabletop advertising.

Special pricing is available after April 13, 2026 for active military, first responders, and golf members of the Hawthorn Woods Country Club.
