Mayor Dominick DiMaggio and the Hawthorn Woods Board of Trustees cordially invite you to attend our annual Golf Outing Fundraiser event. Proceeds generated help us fund family-oriented special events throughout the year for our Hawthorn Woods community. This outing includes 18 holes of spectacular golf at Hawthorn Woods Country Club.

Mayor’s Circle $2,500
Includes a golf foursome. Each player receives a golfer gift, gift card, mulligan, and sleeve of balls. Includes hole sponsorship signage and tabletop advertising.
Trustee’s Circle $1,200
Includes a golf foursome. Each player receives a golfer gift and sleeve of balls. Includes hole sponsorship signage and tabletop advertising.
Beer Cart Sponsor $500
Includes beer cart sponsorship signage, tabletop advertising, and company name printed on beer tickets.
Hole Sponsor $350
Includes hole sponsorship signage and tabletop advertising.

Golf Foursome $775
Includes golf for 4 at Hawthorn Woods Country Club on Monday, May 22, 2023.
Golf foursomes are included in Mayor’s Circle and Trustee’s Circle sponsorship packages.
Individual Golfer $200
Includes golf for 1 at Hawthorn Woods Country Club on Monday, May 22, 2023.
Individual Breakfast or Dinner Only $50
Includes breakfast (8:00 AM) or dinner (3:00 PM) for 1 at Hawthorn Woods Country Club on Monday, May 22, 2023.
Special pricing is available for active military, police and fire personnel, and golf members of the Hawthorn Woods Country Club.
