Zumba (Ages 18 & up)
Dance to this dynamic, exciting, and effective total body fitness system that is a fusion of Latin and International music! Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Zumba toning uses light weights (3-pound max) or specialty Zumba toning sticks to achieve a tight, toned body.

Boot Camp (Ages 17 & up)
Get a full body strength and cardio workout with this mix of traditional calisthenics, body weight exercises, interval training, and strength training. You’ll be challenged more than you would be if you were working out on your own. All levels welcome. Equipment needed: yoga mat; light dumbbells (5 lbs works for most); water; running or cross-training shoes. All are guaranteed to SWEAT!
